About the role
Human Resources Officer
Gordon and Rose is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance in our Lagos office.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, employee relations and HR compliance
- Coordinate performance management and staff training
- Support industrial and union relations initiatives
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field
- 2–3 years' HR experience (manufacturing/industrial experience is an advantage)
- CIPM, SHRM or HRCI certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
Salary ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
