The Business Development Officer will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, recruiting hairstylists, driving platform awareness, and developing relationships with salons and beauty professionals. This role also involves negotiating partnership opportunities and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Building strategic partnerships with extension companies and other relevant businesses.
• Recruiting hairstylists to sign up on the App.
• Driving awareness and adoption of the platform.
• Developing relationships with salons and beauty professionals.
• Negotiating partnership opportunities.
• Identifying and securing business opportunities for the hub.
• Supporting marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Communication skills
• Sales and marketing experience
• Presentation skills
• Relationship building
