PG Consulting Limited is seeking an Executive / C-Suite Recruiter to join their team in Lagos. The role involves sourcing and attracting diverse talent, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract diverse talent pools
• Manage recruitment processes with professionalism

• Collaborate with hiring teams to identify and fill executive and C-suite roles

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the consulting field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Proven ability to source and attract diverse talent pools
• Solid understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience
