Hotel Floor Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Floor Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain exceptional cleanliness and service standards across all guest areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals on time
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on hotel standards and procedures

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' housekeeping experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a reputable hotel
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month
