Head of Operations

Crestructure is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee FMCG distribution operations, coordinate departmental teams, monitor inventory, and drive overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FMCG distribution operations across warehouse and logistics.
• Lead and coordinate department heads to ensure target achievement.
• Monitor stock movement and overall business performance.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operational processes across the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior FMCG or distribution management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of logistics and inventory systems.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Salary ₦450,000/month
