Marketing Associate
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, creating content, conducting market research, generating leads, and collaborating with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and support business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or any related discipline.
- 1–2 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
