Fortis Global Insurance Plc is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to provide clients with suitable insurance, savings, investment, retirement, and financial protection solutions while driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk profiles.
• Recommend and explain suitable financial and insurance products.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Provide after-sales service and maintain accurate client records.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Insurance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and relationship-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, confident, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM tools.
• Relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage.
