Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive acquisition and manage strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients across public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of large enterprise clients across private and public sectors
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Manage and grow high-value enterprise accounts
• Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across solutions
• Develop strong pipelines through networking and market intelligence
• Engage with enterprise ecosystems, government agencies, and partners
• Represent the company at executive meetings and industry events
• Translate customer needs into tailored ICT and digital solutions
• Lead presentations, negotiations, and deal structuring
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
• Provide market insights to inform strategy and product positioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5–8+ years' experience in enterprise or ICT solutions sales
• Strong track record of closing large, complex deals
• Experience selling telecoms, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage at executive/C-level
• Strong commercial acumen and result-driven mindset
• Fluent in English

Salary

NGN 500,000 – 750,000 monthly net (excluding commission and other benefits)
