Forensic and Business Integrity Consultant
The Forensic and Business Integrity Consultant is responsible for identifying fraud risks, governance weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, financial leakages, and integrity issues that may affect restructuring outcomes. This role involves reviewing transactions, procurement processes, and data analytics, as well as assessing governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Review high-risk transactions and related-party dealings
- Investigate unusual accounting entries and assess procurement irregularities
- Review vendor selection processes and contract award procedures
- Identify potential conflicts of interest and review contract performance management
- Perform transaction analytics, duplicate payment analysis, payroll integrity checks, and vendor master records reviews
- Assess control environment, compliance culture, whistleblowing mechanisms, and fraud risk management framework
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CFE, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years forensic investigation experience
- Experience in oil and gas advisory projects
- Strong data analytics capabilities
