B2B Tech Sales Representative

RDAS Solutions Limited is seeking a self-motivated, aggressive field sales professional to expand its market presence across Lagos. You'll leverage the company's proven track record with tier-1 financial institutions and premier universities to close high-value corporate tech deals.

Responsibilities

• Map and physically pitch to corporate offices, tech hubs, and mid-sized enterprises across Lagos business districts (Ikeja, Victoria Island, Lekki, etc.)
• Identify and connect with CTOs, IT Directors, and Heads of Infrastructure, bypassing gatekeepers
• Lead pitches highlighting the company's proven track record with Tier 1 Financial Institutions and Educational Institutions
• Sell cloud cost optimization audits and database health checks
• Log daily pipeline and hand over warm leads to the technical team for scoping
• Potential to grow into a Team Lead position and train junior sales staff

Requirements

• 2+ years of aggressive corporate field sales or B2B tech sales experience in Nigeria
• Existing network or contact list of IT managers, business owners, or tech directors (advantage)
• Excellent presentation, clothing, and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with absolute resilience and minimal need for supervision

Salary

• Base Transport Stipend: ₦50,000 – ₦70,000 monthly
• Commission: Up to 15–20% of contract value per project closed
• Earning Potential: Medium enterprise contracts can yield ₦300,000 to ₦1,000,000+ in pure commission
