Experienced Truck Driver

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Truck Driver to operate and manage a Mercedes-Benz 817 truck, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of company materials to various locations within our operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods/materials with care and ensure timely deliveries
• Conduct daily routine checks (fluids, tires, brakes) and ensure the vehicle remains in peak operating condition
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects promptly
• Maintain meticulous records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption via the reporting system
• Strictly adhere to all FRSC regulations and internal company safety protocols
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing courteous service and resolving minor delivery inquiries on-site
• Proactively report any vehicle issues, route delays, or delivery challenges to management

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience as a truck driver
• Valid driver's licence and up-to-date certifications
• Clean police records and 2 guarantors
• Strong safety awareness and clean driving record
• Good communication skills and ability to follow delivery schedules
