Retail Sales Executive

DIOSETTE CLOTHING is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join their team in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and provide prompt assistance
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
• Drive sales through effective customer engagement and suggestive selling
• Provide accurate product information and demonstrations
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, offers, and company policies
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock ordering
• Support promotional activities and oversee product deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism within the sales environment
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements

• HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years' relevant experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in SAP, POS systems, and inventory management tools
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Professional appearance with excellent grooming and dress sense
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English

Preferred: Candidates residing within the Sangotedo–Ajah axis will be given priority consideration.

Salary

NGN 250,000 – 400,000 per month (negotiable)

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
