Sales Partner – Facility Management Services

We are seeking motivated, result-oriented sales partners to expand our client base by connecting facility management services to corporate clients across hotels, offices, estates, hospitals, schools, banks, and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential corporate clients needing facility management and maintenance services.
• Service Promotion: Pitch and introduce core services including AC Maintenance, Comprehensive Facility Management, Solar Installation & Energy Solutions, and General Procurement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (facility managers, procurement officers, admin managers, business owners).
• Deal Closure: Act as the primary bridge between potential clients and the technical team to secure service contracts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate.
• An active, strong network within corporate, commercial, or residential real estate sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Minimum HND qualification.
• English language proficiency.
• Background knowledge of facility management, real estate, or engineering services is a strong plus (not mandatory).
