Content Creator and Copywriter

The Content Creator & Copywriter will be responsible for developing and creating engaging, brand-aligned content for the assigned subsidiaries. This role involves content ideation, copywriting, short-form video creation, visual storytelling, and content production.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with each subsidiary's marketing objectives.
• Write captions, social media copy, hooks, scripts, and calls-to-action.
• Create Reels, short-form videos, photos, and other social media content.
• Plan and execute content shoots using available equipment.
• Prepare and submit monthly content calendars by due dates.
• Deliver a minimum of 12 planned content pieces per month for each assigned subsidiary.
• Create content for campaigns, promotions, launches, events, and other business activities.
• Monitor relevant social media trends and recommend suitable content opportunities.
• Work with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Photographer/Videographer to deliver approved content.
• Review content performance with the Social Media Manager and use insights to improve future content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content/Reels.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to write captions, scripts, and compelling hooks.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous content work.
