About the role
Sales & Marketing Executive
Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across Bayelsa, Bauchi, and Gusau. You will identify new market opportunities, manage client relationships, execute sales strategies, and contribute to overall brand performance in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bayelsa, Bauchi & Gusau to expand customer base and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring product availability and visibility
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights
- Conduct product presentations, coordinate roadshows, and participate in promotional campaigns
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market activities, stock levels, and customer feedback
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client issues
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Lagos market and distribution channels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
- Must reside in Bayelsa, Bauchi, or Gusau
