Senior Credit Marketer

Senior Credit Marketer – Drive loan portfolio growth through strategic marketing, client acquisition, and credit structuring in a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth of the company's loan portfolio
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Structure credit facilities in line with client needs and the company's risk guidelines
• Monitor and manage assigned loan portfolios to ensure performance aligns with default risk targets
• Uphold high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions and credit processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in credit marketing, lending, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment principles
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding loan portfolio targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English
