Senior Executive, Market Access

Codix Pharma Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to promote and grow our pharmaceutical product portfolio while driving sales growth and market penetration across healthcare institutions, government agencies, and corporate organizations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to healthcare institutions, physicians, pharmacists, nutritionists, and corporate organizations
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and business development initiatives aligned with company offerings
• Work with local and international agencies to shape government policies, drive product acceptability, and secure procurements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and strategic partners
• Stay informed of trends, procurement deadlines, and opportunities within government, healthcare, and private sectors
• Develop and execute territorial sales plans in line with strategic objectives and sales forecasts
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence
• Participate in product launches, medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years cognate experience in medical sales
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Strong customer relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and under pressure
• Strong leadership skills
