Marketing & Customer Relations Officer

HiiT Plc is seeking a Marketing & Customer Relations Officer to drive marketing initiatives and manage customer relationships in support of branch business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functions
• Support collection, collation, and analysis of prospects/customer data to inform marketing decisions
• Support actualization of branch marketing and sales goals/objectives
• Support lead generation and conversion processes
• Sustain and improve brand reputation

Requirements

• First degree in any field (Computer Science or related fields preferred)
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in Marketing and Customer Relations Management in a corporate environment
• ICT and Social Media proficiency
• At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word
• Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector is a plus
