About the role

Customer Service Representative

TechSpace is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our dynamic IT team. You'll manage client interactions across multiple channels while supporting our operations with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Oversee all social media platforms
  • Client & Visitor Reception

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Social media proficiency
  • Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, or similar design tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client and visitor reception abilities

Who You Are:

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented
  • Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 per month
