Personal Assistant
Lafabids Resources Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team
- Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence
- Represent the CEO professionally in meetings and events
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office management
Requirements
- Education: HND or BSc in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Personal Assistant to executives
- Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- High professionalism, discretion, and professional appearance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Initiative and independent work capability
Location
- Must reside in Magodo, Ketu, or Ojodu Berger, Lagos
