About the role

Personal Assistant

Lafabids Resources Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence
  • Represent the CEO professionally in meetings and events
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office management

Requirements

  • Education: HND or BSc in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Personal Assistant to executives
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
    • High professionalism, discretion, and professional appearance
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Initiative and independent work capability

Location

  • Must reside in Magodo, Ketu, or Ojodu Berger, Lagos
