About the role

Lead, Sales

Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value sales opportunities while building strategic client relationships. You'll work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored energy solutions and expand CEESOLAR's market impact.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities
  • Close complex sales deals
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Expand market reach and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership
  • Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, Power Solutions, EPC, Engineering, Energy Consulting, or Real Estate
  • Strong expertise in Solution Selling, Contract Negotiation, Proposal & Tender Management, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and winning high-value business opportunities
