Be the voice and face of La'Realeza International Logistics, Travel & Tour, handling client interactions across multiple channels with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client bookings, enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Manage communications across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels
  • Maintain a calm, professional attitude to define positive client brand experience

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • CRM tool familiarity
