IKON PRIME GLOBAL LIMITED is seeking a competent and results-driven Supermarket Manager to oversee daily supermarket operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize losses.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and motivate staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
• Plan and implement promotional and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience managing a supermarket or retail outlet.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and stock control.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
