About the role
Sales Representative / Cashier
We are hiring a Sales Representative/Cashier for our supermarket. You will greet and assist customers, promote sales, process transactions, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, help them find products, and answer questions about features, price, and usage
- Inform customers about discounts, loyalty programs, and special offers
- Cross-sell related items and provide solutions to increase sales
- Process payments (cash/card) and returns accurately at the Point of Sale (POS)
- Handle complaints and returns professionally, escalating to management when necessary
Requirements
- OND or SSCE qualification
- Must reside around Ojodu-berger axis
- Able to relate and communicate fluently
- Problem-solving skills
- Any gender accepted
Salary
N70,000 monthly + Bonus rewards for proactive staff
Work Schedule
- Day shift: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Night shift: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
