HR / Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR / OD Specialist to support organisational effectiveness, employee development and HR initiatives across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Drive organisation development, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Support performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Conduct HR analysis, employee surveys and organisational assessments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programmes and process improvements.
• Support change management and organisational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify people and organisational needs.
• Support learning and development initiatives and leadership development programmes.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee and organisational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Professional HR certification is an advantage.
• 5–8 years' experience in HR, Organisation Development, Talent Management or a related role.
• Strong experience in Organisation Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Change Management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a structured or multi-business environment is an advantage.
