DevOps Engineer

Conclase is hiring a DevOps Engineer for a contract, on-site position in Lagos. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and ensure reliable deployment processes across development and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines
• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and AKS
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep)
• Administer GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and access controls
• Manage Linux-based systems and monitor application performance
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Support high-availability environments and troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve delivery and operational efficiency
• Contribute to operational best practices, documentation, and security hardening

Requirements

• Banking or fintech experience (required)
• Expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure and services
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Proficiency with Docker and AKS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep)
• Knowledge of GitHub for repository administration and access controls
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related security/networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clear technical documentation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Openness to continuous learning
