Sales and Operations Associate

We are hiring a Sales and Operations Associate to join our team in Surulere, Nigeria. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, processing sales, and supporting various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create a memorable in-store experience
• Maintain a visually appealing store, ensuring merchandise is neatly arranged and well-stocked
• Process sales orders accurately, from order intake to payment
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with logistics partners/riders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Track and manage inventory levels; flag low stock or discrepancies
• Handle returns, exchanges, or complaints calmly and helpfully
• Support with opening/closing showroom procedures
• Assist with basic sales reporting (daily/weekly sales, best-sellers, etc.)
• Support pop-ups, photoshoots, or events as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is compulsory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proactive, attentive, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
• Good knowledge of Bumpa or Shopify is an added advantage
• Must be able to work physically at our Surulere showroom
• Presentable, personable, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences
