About the role

SOW Real Estate Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee administrative operations across multiple offices and project sites in the real estate and construction sector.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across all offices and project sites
  • Manage and coordinate administrative activities at construction and real estate project sites
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor administrative needs, staff attendance, facilities, security, and general operations
  • Supervise site administrative staff, office assistants, drivers, cleaners, security personnel, and support staff
  • Ensure availability and proper use of office and site supplies, equipment, and operational resources
  • Coordinate procurement of supplies, equipment, and services in line with company procedures and budgets
  • Obtain quotations from vendors, compare prices, and ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain updated records of approved vendors, service providers, and administrative expenses
  • Monitor company assets at offices and project sites
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, utilities, and related matters
  • Monitor timely payment of office and site-related bills
  • Support logistics for site visits, meetings, trainings, and company events
  • Liaise with vendors, landlords, utility providers, and external service providers
  • Prepare weekly and monthly administrative and site operations reports
  • Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper filing and accessibility of administrative records and documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Estate Management, Accounting, or related field
  • 4–6 years of relevant administrative experience in real estate, construction, property development, or similar industry
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Experience managing administrative operations across multiple offices and construction/project sites
  • Strong knowledge of office administration, site administration, procurement, facility management, logistics, and vendor management
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, travel to sites, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
