About the role

Executive Assistant & Operations Officer

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and manage daily operations for a travel and business consulting firm. This role combines administrative excellence with operational coordination, handling calendar management, client communication, CRM maintenance, and project support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar and meeting management
  • Coordinate admissions and visa application processes
  • Manage client communication via WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Maintain CRM, digital records, reports, and business documents
  • Support daily operations, project coordination, and social media activities

Requirements

  • Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience in travel, education, consulting, or customer service is an advantage

Salary ₦160,000 per month
