Marketing Associate – Kuddy Cosmetics

Own marketing for an assigned cluster of Kuddy Cosmetics stores across Lagos. You will be the face of the brand in your territory, running in-store promotions, managing product displays, representing the brand in your community, and generating actionable market insights.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned branches regularly, build relationships with store teams, and identify opportunities and gaps
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, product sampling, and makeup demo days; ensure campaign materials are produced, delivered, and displayed on time
• Monitor product displays, shelf presentation, and branding standards; flag slow movers for repositioning and ensure new launches receive prime placement
• Represent Kuddy at local events, markets, salons, and beauty schools; build relationships with makeup artists and beauty professionals; identify local partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and photographers to identify moments worth capturing; contribute campaign and promotion ideas
• Support social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing; push territorial promos online and maintain brand consistency
• Track sales performance, gather customer feedback, monitor competitor activity, and share insights with the team

Requirements

• Degree in a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, retail, field marketing, digital marketing, or brand activation
• Organized, proactive, and strong on follow-through
• Comfortable moving between stores and engaging directly with customers
• Confident in sharing and contributing ideas
• Strong eye for product presentation, beauty trends, and display effectiveness
• Working knowledge of social media and basic digital marketing tools
• Genuine passion for makeup, beauty, and retail

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000 monthly (depending on experience) plus transport float
