About the role

ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, launched by P-GAT Industries, is a N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative to revolutionize regional logistics and transportation across Northeast Nigeria. We are recruiting for a Rider Recruitment & Welfare Officer to support rider recruitment, screening, onboarding, welfare monitoring, orientation, compliance, performance follow-up, and rider engagement.

Responsibilities:

Support rider recruitment, screening, onboarding, and welfare monitoring
Conduct orientation and ensure compliance
Follow up on performance and engage with riders
Work closely with fleet and operations teams
