About the role
Zonal Sales Manager
PalmPay is seeking a Zonal Sales Manager to lead Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Developers (BDs) within an assigned zone, driving merchant acquisition, team performance, and market expansion while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor BDMs and BDs to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits to validate market activities and support team performance
- Track daily sales activities, onboarding, and field reports
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues
- Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–6 years' experience in sales, agency banking, fintech, or field operations
- Prior experience with a leading fintech company is mandatory
- Willingness to travel frequently for field operations
