About the role

Sales Executive

Fadac Resources is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing HVAC (Air Conditioning) industry team. If you have a strong sales mindset and understand technical products, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of air conditioning and HVAC solutions to corporate and retail clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct site visits and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sales preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
