Procurement Officer

Anify Enterprise, a fast-growing Nigerian eCommerce company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to oversee product sourcing, supplier management, purchasing activities, and cost negotiations to support efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
• Compare prices and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
• Monitor purchases, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct market research to identify products, trends, and competitive pricing.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian wholesale and supplier markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong practical procurement experience will also be considered.

Salary ₦80,000 Monthly
