About the role

Sales Manager – Snapnet Limited

Drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team at Snapnet Limited. This hands-on leadership role requires a proven sales professional with deep enterprise IT solutions expertise to expand Snapnet's footprint across Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team (Sales Executives, SDRs, Pre-Sales)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Snapnet's solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to closing deals
  • Grow and maintain strategic client and partner relationships
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track performance through CRM, forecasts, and key sales metrics

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of B2B IT solution or consulting sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success selling Cloud, ERP, Managed Services, or Cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience building and mentoring sales teams
  • Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian enterprise market
  • Bachelor's degree required

Nice to Have

  • MBA or professional certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
  • Growth mindset and ability to scale a sales organisation from the ground up
  • Strategic planning and hands-on execution balance
  • Confidence engaging C-level stakeholders
