About the role
Sales Manager – Snapnet Limited
Drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team at Snapnet Limited. This hands-on leadership role requires a proven sales professional with deep enterprise IT solutions expertise to expand Snapnet's footprint across Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team (Sales Executives, SDRs, Pre-Sales)
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Snapnet's solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to closing deals
- Grow and maintain strategic client and partner relationships
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track performance through CRM, forecasts, and key sales metrics
Requirements
- 7–10 years of B2B IT solution or consulting sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success selling Cloud, ERP, Managed Services, or Cybersecurity solutions
- Strong commercial acumen, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience building and mentoring sales teams
- Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian enterprise market
- Bachelor's degree required

- Growth mindset and ability to scale a sales organisation from the ground up
