About the role

FMR Agency is recruiting a Sales Executive to drive luxury property sales in Abuja's real estate market. You will manage the complete sales cycle for high-value residential properties and off-plan projects, building relationships with high-net-worth clients and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of luxury residential properties and real estate investment opportunities in Abuja and surrounding areas
  • Generate and qualify high-value leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship management
  • Conduct property inspections, site visits, and executive-level client presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Promote completed luxury developments and off-plan projects to prospective buyers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contractual agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, property launches, and promotional activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Abuja luxury property market
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client engagement activities
  • Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Must be currently resident in Abuja
  • Proven experience selling luxury residential properties valued at ₦100 Million and above
  • Demonstrated success selling both completed properties and off-plan developments
  • Strong knowledge of the Abuja luxury real estate market
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals and property investors
  • Valid driver's license (added advantage)

Salary Highly Competitive & Negotiable Based on Experience and Proven Performance + 5% Sales Commission. Pool car available for official sales activities. Public holidays observed.
