Social Media & Content Executive

We are seeking a creative, story-driven Social Media & Content Executive to lead our digital presence and tell the compelling stories of our training program. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing engaging digital content across all online channels—including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit high-converting short-form videos showcasing student transformation journeys, classroom highlights, and practical business tips.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with participants and alumni to produce inspiring video/written transformation case studies and testimonials.
• Design visual assets, carousels, infographics, and promotional graphics using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
• Manage and schedule daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X using a structured content calendar.
• Tailor tone and messaging per platform.
• Attend live workshops, pitch days, pop-ups, and graduation ceremonies to capture real-time, behind-the-scenes content.
• Actively manage community interactions by replying to comments, direct messages (DMs), and candidate inquiries.
• Include clear calls-to-action (CTAs) in content to guide engaged viewers toward application links, masterclass sign-ups, and information packs.
• Track social media performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, video editing, and digital content creation in Nigeria.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot), visual storytelling, and copy editing.

Salary

• Monthly Base Pay: N200,000 gross per month
