Head, Wealth Management

Lead the wealth management division and manage complex investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients. Develop financial strategies, provide advisory services, and drive business growth through client relationships and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research to identify new opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Mobilize deposits through the sale of investment products such as Commercial Papers, Bonds, and Bond Funds.
• Manage complex investment portfolios across multiple asset classes.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Provide personalized advisory services focused on long-term wealth preservation and growth.
• Advise on risk management solutions including insurance and asset protection.
• Work with management to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior advisors and support staff.
• Drive new business development through referrals, networking, and relationship management.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and thought leadership.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to enhance company presence.

Requirements

• First Degree in Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Business Administration.
• Postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of banking experience in a Relationship Management role.
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to build, monitor, and analyze complex spreadsheets.
• Ability to develop business strategies and drive profitability.
• Strong numerical, verbal, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with mastery in written communication and presentations.
• Ability to multitask and work with diverse groups.
• Personable team player who can gain trust and confidence.
