Senior Portfolio Analyst

The Senior Portfolio Analyst is responsible for supporting the oversight, analysis, and optimization of the company’s investment portfolios. This includes performing detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis on portfolio holdings, monitoring performance and risk metrics, preparing regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, evaluating investment opportunities, and recommending portfolio adjustments to align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio activities adhere to internal policies and relevant regulations
• Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in ongoing process improvements for portfolio management workflows

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and perform quantitative analysis
• Experience in investments and portfolio management, including performance monitoring and risk assessment
• Solid foundation in finance, including understanding of financial instruments, markets, and valuation methods
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly in written reports and verbal briefings
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACA) is a plus
• Proficiency with portfolio analysis tools, spreadsheets, and data visualization software; experience with statistical or programming tools (e.g., Python, R) is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Experience in institutional or corporate investment settings and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements are advantageous
