Digital Marketing Manager

ICS Outsourcing Limited is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to build and lead the company's digital presence from the ground up, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across Nigeria's agricultural ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a full-scale digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage website, social media platforms, and online brand positioning
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Drive lead generation campaigns targeting distributors, agro-dealers, and farmers
• Coordinate with branch teams for localized campaigns
• Develop seasonal campaigns aligned with planting cycles
• Oversee content strategy (product education, farmer awareness, promotions)
• Monitor analytics (traffic, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency
• Explore digital channels relevant to rural/agricultural markets

Requirements

• HND, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools
• Experience in FMCG, agriculture, or distribution preferred
• Industry experience in agrochemicals, fertilizers, agro commodities, or distribution highly preferred
