Senior Accountant

White Soul Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports, including monthly profit and loss forecasts by division and weekly cash flow forecasts
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements
• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliation, and corporate/overhead cost allocation
• Manage budgeting processes, divisional run rates, and resource allocation
• Oversee payments approvals and authorizations
• Ensure checks and balances in payroll activities before salaries are processed and disbursed
• Serve as key point of contact for external auditors and manage preparation and support of all external audits
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems
• Handle audit and tax planning, statutory returns, and remittances
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Prepare monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial control and management reporting
• Experience with treasury operations and asset & liability management
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems
• Excellent understanding of payroll controls and audit processes
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
