American History Online Tutor

Brints School is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging American History Online Tutor to teach learners about key events, people, movements, and developments in U.S. history, delivering interactive, learner-focused lessons online.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive online American History lessons
• Explain historical events, concepts, timelines, and their significance clearly
• Prepare lesson materials and activities based on learners' needs and academic levels
• Assess learners' understanding through assignments, quizzes, and discussions
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor academic progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in History, American Studies, Education, Social Studies, Political Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of American History and major historical periods
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Reliable internet connection and suitable environment for online teaching
