Content & Growth Specialist

WhitePenguin is seeking a Content & Growth Specialist to own their growth engine, including content creation, LinkedIn management, blog and SEO strategy, and newsletter operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content at volume (carousels, Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Jump on trends quickly and maintain brand consistency
• Grow LinkedIn by posting consistently, engaging, and reaching out to leads
• Own blog and SEO strategy with content that ranks
• Write, build, and send the newsletter weekly

Requirements

• 3+ years creating short-form social content with a portfolio
• Fluent in CapCut, strong in Canva
• Real feel for TikTok/Instagram trends and platform culture
• Solid writing skills for blog and newsletter copy
• Basic SEO literacy

Salary Up to NGN 250,000/month
