Mixologist

Boston Hills Resort and Hotel is seeking an experienced and creative mixologist to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Create innovative cocktail and mocktail menus
• Ensure bar cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
• Manage bar inventory and report stock shortages
• Engage guests professionally and provide beverage recommendations
• Ensure responsible alcohol service
• Assist in promoting bar sales and special events

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• High School (S.S.C.E) qualification minimum
• Fluent English

Salary

NGN 80,000 - 100,000 monthly
