Deputy Head, Human Capital Management

Pan African Capital Holdings is hiring a Deputy Head, Human Capital Management to lead people strategy initiatives and drive organizational excellence across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead people strategy initiatives across the Group
• Drive workplace culture and employee engagement programs
• Build and strengthen performance management frameworks
• Support the execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related functions
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, employee engagement, and performance management
• Knowledge of compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development practices
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
