About the role

SaaS SEO Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven SaaS SEO Specialist to join our growth team at HRservices. You will be responsible for increasing organic visibility and driving high-intent traffic to our platform by mapping the customer journey from initial problem-solving searches to product conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute keyword strategy with lifecycle mapping across the sales funnel, including product-led queries, "Alternative to" pages, and problem-solving content
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits, optimizing site architecture, Core Web Vitals, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, internal linking) and enhance conversion rates on product pages and blog content
  • Build high-quality backlinks and execute digital PR strategies to boost Domain Rating and competitive positioning
  • Monitor organic performance using analytics tools, tracking keyword SERP movements and correlating traffic to trial sign-ups and demo requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams to integrate SEO into the product roadmap

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data interpretation
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
  • Expertise in SaaS content strategy and conversion-focused optimization
  • Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and content optimization platforms (Clearscope or Surfer SEO)
  • Proactive learner who stays current with algorithm updates and AI-driven search trends
