Director, Corporate Services

The Director, Corporate Services will provide strategic leadership and oversight across multiple departments within the Jamub Group. This role involves managing corporate services, human resources, financial strategy, digital transformation, brand management, and facility operations. The individual in this role must ensure that all support functions align with the Group's vision and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing an integrated corporate services strategy that aligns with the Group’s vision.
• Providing high-level leadership to supervised departments, monitoring performance through key metrics, and ensuring compliance with Group policies and regulatory standards.
• Partnering with senior management in executing strategic initiatives and presenting comprehensive reports on departmental performance, project milestones, and operational risks.
• Directing the end-to-end human capital lifecycle, including strategic workforce planning, executive recruitment, and professional development programs.
• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while managing cash flows and working capital.
• Championing the Group’s digital transformation initiatives and ensuring effective management of IT infrastructure.
• Leading the development and execution of the Group’s brand strategy and overseeing internal and external communications.
• Overseeing the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of all company facilities and physical assets.

Requirements

• HND, Ph.D, Bachelor's, Master's Degree
