About the role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Lekki office. In this role, you will provide expert human resources guidance to support organizational goals and ensure best practices across all people-related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with Nigerian labour law and organizational objectives
- Advise management and staff on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including job profiling, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and compliance
- Support performance management cycles including appraisal design, feedback sessions, and development planning
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives to build staff capability across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a consulting or generalist capacity
- Solid knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an added advantage
