About the role

Business Development Executive

Muoghalu Emmanuel & Co. is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth for audit, assurance, tax, risk advisory, and consulting services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new clients for audit, assurance, tax, risk advisory, and consulting services
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose suitable services
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and engagement letters
  • Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
  • Identify emerging sectors and opportunities for firm expansion
  • Represent the firm at business forums, conferences, and networking events
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and thought leadership campaigns
  • Work with partners and service line leaders to develop growth plans
  • Coordinate with audit teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Track business development performance and prepare management reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • English language proficiency
  • Strong sales and business development acumen
  • Client relationship management expertise
  • Proposal writing and tender coordination skills
  • Market research and analysis capabilities
  • Networking and brand promotion abilities

Salary

NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month
