Growth Marketer
We are looking for a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative digital and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate understands how to generate sales, execute growth campaigns, and coordinate both virtual and physical marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Organize and execute offline marketing activities, partnerships, activations, and events
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase leads, sales, and customer retention
- Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to drive business growth
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and sales
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing
- Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Experience planning both online and offline marketing campaigns
Salary N200,000 / month asides incentives
